SHIPPING, RETURNS AND ORDER DETAILS

Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase (Monday-Sunday.)

I want you to love your artwork. If you don't like it, please contact me directly - matthew@matthewfreel.com so we can come up with a solution. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping and/or damages but I am a reasonable human being - let's work it out and make you happy with a great piece of art.

If you order more than one piece of artwork some items may ship separately if necessary at no extra cost to you.

Flat rate shipping is currently the only option available for any order. Please contact for something other than flat rate - matthew@matthewfreel.com

PAYMENT

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

CANCELLATION

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. Once again, contact me to resolve any issues.
